Elbert (also known to us as Scott or Junior), was the first son born to Elbert & Alice Scott. He married Betty
Jo in 1943. They have one daughter, Pamela Jo. Elbert died on Monday, November 22, 2004, and is buried at Greenwood
Memorial Park, Fort Worth, Texas.
They have two grandchildren: Sarah Christine and Thomas Scott.
They also have two great-grandchildren: Sarah Kathryn and Emma Elizabeth (daughters of Christie & Steve).
Elbert was a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II, where he served in Europe with the 29th Infantry Division.
He retired from TXU after 50 years of service. He was a member of Birchman Baptist Church, where he served as deacon.
